- Combine ingredients in slow cooker: Add the cooked shredded chicken to the slow cooker, then pour in the buffalo sauce mixture. Add the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Stir thoroughly to evenly distribute the ingredients. Place the cream cheese on top without stirring. Close the lid of the slow cooker.
