  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat and prepare ramekins: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease four 2-cup ramekins thoroughly and set them aside to prevent sticking.
  2. Cook the meat mixture: In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, cooking until fragrant and softened. Add ground chicken along with salt and pepper. Break the meat apart and cook until no longer pink. Stir in oregano and dried rosemary, then remove from heat.
  3. Assemble the bowls: Divide the cooked meat mixture evenly among the four ramekins. Spoon 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over each meat layer. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the sauce, then add sliced mushrooms. Follow by topping with the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add pepperoni and bake: Place pepperoni slices on top of the cheese layers. Bake the pizza bowls in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is golden around the edges.
  5. Cool and serve: Remove the pizza bowls from the oven and allow them to cool for a minute before serving so they set slightly and are safe to eat.
