  • 1/2 cup Rotel, drained
  • 1 cup Fiesta Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 5 Zero Carb Street Taco Tortillas, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Brown the Meat and Sauté Vegetables: Add the ground beef, chopped onion, and chopped red and green bell peppers to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables have softened. Drain any excess fat from the skillet to keep the dish lean.
