Slaw
- 1 bunch kale, leaves removed from ribs and thinly sliced
- 1 apple, sliced into thin matchsticks
- ½ cup julienned carrots
- 1 cup finely shredded purple cabbage

Honey Sesame Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1-inch knob ginger, grated
- 1 large clove garlic, grated
