- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine sausage, sliced potatoes, carrots, onion, olive oil, Italian seasoning, dried basil, dried parsley, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss everything until evenly coated.
- Assemble Packets: Divide the mixture evenly onto the prepared foil sheets. Place a tablespoon of unsalted butter on top of each mound of ingredients.
