  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup (250 g) tomato sauce or passata
  • ½ cup (125 g) light cream cheese
  • ½ cup (125 g) light sour cream
  • 68 fresh basil leaves, torn

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
