Regular Bagels:

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional toppings: Everything Bagel Seasoning, Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds

Gluten-Free Bagels:

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (gluten-free)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg white (whisked until frothy)
  • Everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Regular Bagels: In a medium-size bowl, combine the flour with the baking powder and salt. Add yogurt and mix. Knead into dough. Form into 4 equal pieces. Shape into bagels. Brush with egg wash, add toppings. Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  2. Gluten-Free Bagels: Combine gluten-free flour with baking powder and salt. Add yogurt and egg white. Follow the rest of the recipe as above.

Notes

  • Check bagels at 8-9 minutes to prevent over-browning.
  • Let bagels cool before slicing and serving.
